Club Med Ixtapa Pacific:
Several years ago, before we even thought about having kids, we had an incredible time at the Club Med in Ixtapa over Christmas break…my husband and I were newly dating. We were surrdounded by families and had no idea someday we would want to excape from these little rascals! We had fun then and I understand it’s improved now.
From what I hear, this newly renovated Club Med is an amazing spot for the whole family. Many Club Meds have a sketchy reputation but this one is really amazing. With a kids club, it is perfect for families with young ones. Unfortunately, you will pay a premium at that time but it gives the whole family some great beach time and the parents a chance to sit on the beach with margaritas.
I have heard terrific things about the Florida keys…anyone been to the Little Palm Island? It’s supposed to be amazing. Not sure about the weather in December but we are looking to escape the cold and get some beach time in.
